They are not flexible nor understanding, they lie and steal They SCREW soldiers over again and again. A year since my Husband and I moved out and they still screwing us, Complete BS DO NOT TRUST THEM

The grass is high sometimes but the it just grows really fast here in the summer in general. Only recommendation would be for trash pickup to be more frequent but I suppose that cannot by controlled by the complex. I have enjoyed my stay here so far

Everyone keeps to themselves and the grounds are always well maintained and maintenance requests are quick and efficient. I dont like that there is a convenience fee to pay rent online and my unit is very squeaky. Every step i take in this unit there is a loud creak that i can hear throughout the unit. Other than these two minor things its a great stay.

submitted by Brain J. - |Recommended: NoThey will be nice as long as They are taking your money — I did recommend this place to a friend but when it came to them paying the 250 refrel fee they just never paid it. The appliance are out dated. Your electric bill will be higher than you because of the gaps around the doors and windows means you'll be heating or cooling the outdoors. The front office will nice as long as They are taking money from you. The moment money is owed to you they will change how they treat you. Be careful if your military because they will take advantage of you.

submitted by Daniel S. - |Recommended: YesStill a resident, great experience so far. — The only issue that I would have is that some of the fixtures and things are a little older. If you want to save money on your electric here I suggest you get an up to date replacement thermostat, as the ones here are older mercury types which are not efficient at all. Other than that no issues. Plenty of space, and I haven't had a single issue with anyone here so far.
