|Recommended: YesNew to the area — Very quiet .. neighborhood reminds me of military housing. The apartment staff are very friendly and extremely helpful we came from Texas and got squared away easily with their help. stores ,barber shop and nail salon are walking distance and walmart and a few food places are up the street not far at all just what we were looking for.

|Recommended: YesNice for the price — Quiet, friendly neighbors. Pet-friendly, decent apartments. Only real complaints is parking but even so you never have to worry about people stealing your spot , and my kitchen is small but there's still plenty of storage . Definitely a nice place for the price.

|Recommended: YesThe complex is well secure, manicured and well maintained. — I like living at Sycamore Point. It's a safe place to live and close to work and community. The staff is prompt, courteous, friendly and efficient. Rent is reasonable.

|Recommended: YesGreat place that is close to base. — By far the best place I found to live that was close to Fort Polk. I have had a couple problems with my place, but they quickly fixed every problem I have had Only down fall is, the kitchen is pretty outdated.
|Recommended: YesNice place to live in Leesville and close to Fort Polk — The grounds are very well maintained. Nice pool and playground areas for children. Sidewalks-able to walk the neighborhood for excercise, etc. Best apartment facility in the area. More like duplexes, you dont have neighbors on both sides of you and above and below you. Also nice to have three bedroom apartments available. Water is included in rent. Electric bills are reasonable.

|Recommended: YesGood for the most part. — Poor insulation, don't get a multi story apartment. Appliances like light switches don't work well. Check everything from top to bottom before you move in so you do not have to worry about putting in work orders to fix it t after.

|Recommended: NoBe careful — Be careful staying here. They will basically rape you once you leave meaning they will charge you all these extra fees for living there basic stuff like for regular wear and tear on a rug,the stove and refrigerator . I lived there a 2 years was extremely clean. I know everything was kept up on my end.Even tho my lease said they would only charge me 65 for carpet cleanings they are charging me 490 to replace the carpet upstairs even tho there’s nothing wrong with the carpet Good luck here Very nice place but it’ll cost you in the end

|Recommended: YesI think the property here is really nice and well maintained. — If someone were to ask what it is like living here, I would tell them its a great neighborhood. I really enjoy living here. We do not have any issues with the people who live around us. Its quite peaceful. The apartments are well taken care of. If there are any issues, the staff are quick to take care of them. My kids love the playground in our backyard. All in all, its a great place to live until something more permanent comes along.
