My husband and i moved over here from Miami with all the distance Joanna was so helpful with information and assistance with getting settled in. Amazing staff. No complaints

I can always come home to my family and my home and find peace of mind. Staff is very kind, landscape crew keeps the areas nice, customer portal is user friendly, maintenance requests are quick, neighbors are nice... No complaints.

submitted by Rebecca G. - |Recommended: YesNot bad for apartment living — The staff is wonderful. Joann and Lisa are by far the best people I have ever dealt with when renting. Any concern or issue has always been taken seriously and handled quickly. Work orders are always promptly taken care of and maintenance is above par for sure. The apartment complex is moving forward, bringing in a fitness center, upgrading playgrounds, and a dog park. The only issue I can say I have is parking. I mean, I have two spaces - but I also have a work vehicle so one always seems to be in the center of the cul-da-sac with others and sometimes causes congestion. Not really much that can be done about it, unfortunately.

submitted by Albert J. - |Recommended: YesAffordable, Great Place — Overall amazing, the apartments are affordable and the property management is super helpful and friendly. The residents are fair nice. Location is very convenient for military. The amenities are great. Parking can be a bit annoying when cars are parked on the side of the road due to some parking partially on other’s driveways, making it difficult to get in out of but besides that it’s overall a great place.

submitted by Matthew P. - |Recommended: YesSycamore Point is a great place to live for convenience and service. — This apartment community is very quiet, which is great. You can sometimes hear neighbors but for the most part its quiet and people keep to themselves. Everyone has their own parking but it doesn’t seem like there is enough because there are always cars parked alongside the road and on the grass. I’m in a 3B2B Flat and the layout is great Large TV room, nice little outdoor patio, extra storage space with the additional room, and the ranch style flat is perfect. The customer service is wonderful I’ve had some minor move in issues and the management and maintenance folk are quick to respond and fix the problem. They provide superb service This place is convenient to Polk and quick to Walmart. I’m happy choosing to live here at Sycamore Point.

submitted by Joseph B. - |Recommended: YesConsistent upkeep by the company and nice sized homes. — Sycamore Pointe does a good job on the upkeep on the property and home. They are constantly improving the grounds within the complex. They are sure to update the individual via email or notice letter. Parking can get tight some times, but I believe this is due to friends of the families visiting the area. I can sometimes hear my neighbors on the other side of the wall and outside on the other side of the subdivision.

submitted by Haley B. - |Recommended: YesFor the cost of rent, these apartments are amazing. — I've lived in spaces half as big for twice the price that didn't upkeep their apartments even half as well. There is a lot of space both inside and outside the apartments, and maintenance keeps up with requests. Pest control is kept up to date, so bugs aren't a huge worry, and the only problems in the apartment tend to be water based. Showers won't stay warm for long, and water has been shut off for maintenance twice since I moved in 5 months ago. The power hasn't gone out since I've moved in, even in typical Louisiana storms. Upstairs, you can hear movement in other apartments, mainly opening and closing shelves doors closets, nothing too disturbing but I haven't had that problem downstairs. Apartments are super dog-friendly, with downstairs being mostly hardwood floors and upstairs being carpeted, but easy to clean. There's also a walking path, and doggie bag dispensers scattered around the area.

submitted by Kalvin B. - |Recommended: YesBeautiful area just a few hiccups but love living here — It’s nice, close to base, people don’t always pick up after their dogs on walks, but super friendly staff Homes could be updated a bit, some are some aren’t but still homey. Most neighbors are friendly but if you have a bigger breed of dog some small dog owners might judge you..
