submitted by Travis M. - |Recommended: YesBest off post rental community near Fort Polk — We have loved living here. The floorplans are good, the maintenance is top notch, and we love our neighbors. Management is always making improvements and upgrades to the community. There is a huge dog park they put in recently, which we love. We also feel very safe here. The drive to post is very short, only 5 minutes to the main gate. And gate traffic is very limited. Most residents are military, so it feels like living on post without all the restrictions. And the maintenance is far better than on post. Everyone we know who has moved at Sycamore loves it so much they don't move except to PCS. You will love Sycamore Point.
