|Recommended: NoSycamore Point is an apartment complex that presents a mix of advantages and challenges for potential residents. My decision to move here was primarily influenced by the appealing gym and pool area, as well as its convenient location—just a ten-minute drive from the gate to my workplace. The staff at the front desk were incredibly helpful throughout the process, especially considering my transition from Germany to Leesville. Their support played a significant role in my decision to remain longer than initially planned.

1. Proximity to Work The ten-minute drive from the gate to my workplace is a significant advantage, making daily commutes hassle-free.
Cons
1. Outdated Facilities One of the most notable drawbacks is the overall outdated condition of the apartments. The interiors remind me of older senior barracks I've stayed in before, which lacks modern appeal.
2. Bathroom Condition The bathrooms are in need of significant upgrades. They lack storage space and functionality.

|Recommended: NoBad neighborhood, arguably the worst in Vernon parish. People walking behind the apartment all hours of the night to having items stolen right off the front porch. Not a good place for kids. Surely don’t expect to get your deposit back. Got less than 20 back for bogus charges like 5 x 10 ft piece of dead grass 150 charge and 14 blinds 85 charge , and a few more little things. Never again for me
